Privacy policy

This policy covers the enquiry form on this page and nothing else. It explains what we collect, why, and who receives it.

What we collect

When you submit the enquiry form we collect the details you type into it:

• Your name
• Your mobile number
• Your email address
• The model you are interested in
• The Porsche Centre you prefer

We also record technical information sent by your browser: the page address you arrived on, the campaign parameters in that address (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content and the Google click identifier), and standard analytics data such as device type and approximate location.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, to arrange a test drive at the Porsche Centre you selected, and to measure which advertising brought you here so that we can spend advertising budget sensibly. We do not use your details for any unrelated purpose.

Who receives it

• The Porsche Centre you selected in the form, so a representative can call you.
• Service providers who host this page, store the enquiry and run the analytics on our behalf, under contract and only for the purposes above.

We do not sell your personal data.

Cookies and analytics

This page uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use it and which campaigns lead to enquiries. These set cookies in your browser. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, though parts of the page may then behave differently.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are retained for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and to meet applicable legal and accounting obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or withdraw the consent you gave when submitting the form. To do any of these, contact the Porsche Centre you selected, or write to the address published on the contact page of the official Porsche India website.

Consent

By ticking the consent box and submitting the form you agree to be contacted about your enquiry by phone, email or messaging, including on a number registered under a do-not-disturb list.

Changes

If this policy changes, the revised version replaces this page. Please read it again before you submit a new enquiry.
